i just noticed that digi have revised their brooadband package. Im just about to convert my old data unlimited rm66/mon to the new one rm58/mon

But now it has changed to rm68/mon. I guess there is no use anymore. On top of that if im stayin with the old package my usage is unlimited

I called the digi support line....
That idiot on the other end of the line didn't even know there's such RM 38 plan and told me my account has full speed 24/hr day. After explaining that i've signed up during PC fair...  then took him 10 minutes to check etc.. then he told me i'm having the Day plan...  from 7am- 7pm, where after 7pm it would be throttled to 128kbps. I was never even told about this when i signed up on the first day at 1pm. There like so many flower pots standing there to sell the plan. But i doubt even the DIGI staff knows the real deal where i was never informed bout this.

The funnier part was calling the customer service where the modem can't work on windows 7. After 45minute on the line i gave up after he told me my account was not active.... i decide to give up on such crappy customer service and to fix it myself. Updating firmware on another PC (Win Vista) which can detect the device solved all issues.

Too many users liao or DiGi dun bother to upgrade their international line?

but I do not buy the handphone, Digi store introduce me a Smart DG unlimited online plan..
that's why I'm still do not what is happened,
anyhow I got a unlimited online with RM68 now

Because my area is quite rural and to get to place where i can pay at the counter (which counter? Post office can?) is quite.... a big hassle.

does Digi Broadband support multi users? like P1 i can connect router to Wimax modem for other people to use simultaneously.

recently, i got disconnection issue very frequently when I use Digi BB at 8pm - 12am. Called the customer service and was told this is expected...

I have been using Digi BB since the first day it launched in Penang and would say it's way better than other ISP... hopefully, this issue can be fixed quickly by Digi network team.

and i felt cheated digi changed the policy without informing us. it was RM200 overdue last time right?

EDIT: just called CS. she say will unbar my line temporary. i say i thought the limit is RM200 which is stated in OCS before i got barred, then she said that is just a notification. for broadband, if overdue 1 month then kena barred. if normal fone line, then the limit is longer(didnt mention how long).

so they changed the policy or it has always been like this? 1 month overdue and barred. cause i never pay late and i duno

if they just changed it without notifying us then it's really unethical of digi  
just that their speed and ping is much better(and stable) than the other 2 thats what keeps me here

yes recently. problem started like 4 weeks ago when digi sudd encounter serious lag and dc during peak hours. before that was very well. heard it was some hardware upgrading issues.

UPDATE: today cant even connect @.@ authenticate like forever, cancel it, re-connect so many times only manage to get a line. any idea it's because of the latest E1550 firmware?

currently using streamyx 4mbps ...
