Not only these days...all the while is like that. Once I try to call them also no one pick up....imagine waiting for more than 20 minutes and still no one pick up.....These is call Malaysian Telco BOLEH.......semua sama punya...

The 3GB package is for monthly basis so based on his screen shot..he still not over use it....so shouldn't be capped. I think you (Demoric Wrath) should call up or go personally to DiGi centre and check with them....

Did you read the T&C first? Maybe they got stated that if didn't hear from you a certain period, you account will auto renew.....better go thru and double check lor...this kind of big big company like to play this kind of things one.

They will said we go stated in the T&C did you read...and later you found out that it park under one small little corner with those tiny little fonts....I once kena with our famous budget airline before....damm.....

Have you try other site? It's the same as rapidshare? If yes then it could be the network or maybe the site is overloaded at the moment...try later and see....

Does your area have coverage? If yes then try check your SIM card or modem, might be faulty....

Does any of your friend has the modem? Maybe you can swap the modem with them and test first, if still cannot then swap ur sim card with your friend and test using your modem....that way you will know either the SIM card or the modem faulty...

- How much you call/sms is how much you pay (15sen/min, 10sen/sms)
- After 3GB of data usage, your speed is slowed down
- 25% Discount on RM68 (become RM51) if TOTAL BILL amount is from RM100 to 199.99
- 100% Discount on RM68 (become RM0) if TOTAL BILL amount exceed RM200

QUESTION: WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE?
It depends on your monthly call/sms/mms usage.

If your phonebill is really ALOT (more than RM150), get the first plan by choosing the combination of DG150 + IU Monthly 58.
Reason: DG150 call rate (10sen/min) is lower than that of DiGi Smart Plan (15sen/min)

If your phone bill is not really too much, get DiGi Smart plan. Do some maths on the 25% or 100% discount thing. It really saves alot.
Example:
Your call/sms fee is RM32.
Internet usage RM68 (smart plan)
As total bill is RM100, RM68 is discounted to RM51.
Result: You only pay RM83 for total phone bill.
Compare this with taking combination of DG30 + IU58 which cost RM88.
RM5 difference only? Not only that, Smart Plan Call rate (15sen/min) is cheaper than DG30 (20sen/min).

(B) Low usage of Data every month (less than 6MB)

1. DiGi Internet Unlimited Max149 - for Postpaid
- Must have a Postpaid plan to subscribe this
- For usage between RM0.00 to RM30.00 at 10sen/10KB
- For usage between RM30.01 to RM50.00 at 8sen/10KB
- For usage between RM50.01 to RM149.00 at 5sen/10KB
- After RM149, no more extra charges, enjoy up to 3GB data usage and speed is throttled down upon 3GB usage.
- So you see, if your usage is only 3MB per month, you pay RM30 (which means it is not worth for you to pay RM58 or 68 for unlimited package)

2. DiGi Internet Unlimited Max5 - for Prepaid
- Must have a DiGi prepaid to subscribe this
- For usage below RM5, the rate is RM0.10 per 10KB
- Upon reaching RM5, you get unlimited access for the whole day (limit is 100MB, speed is throttled down after the limit)
- If you were to online everyday, you pay 30 x RM5 = RM150 per month. So it is better for you to go for Smart Plan or IU58.

QUESTION: WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE?
Easy, prepaid users choose Max5 and postpaid users choose Max149.
