i used to get very addicted to coffee a few months ago when i started, i need a cup during afternoon time for lecture, if not i will be very sleepy. During exam period, to make myself concentrate better, i had 2 big mug of coffee for that afternoon only. seriously overdose.

now, i only take a cup a day at most. and now my house no milk coz nobody is drinking milk, i din bother to make my daily Nescafe at all
