not i am belittling his honesty, but the fact is that i havent sign anything and it is obvious everytime u want to buy something, the seller will say only good things on the item. the bad ones will only be told if they are asked. i hope mine stays at 2.36%.

i booked on the 2nd jan. my cbp e-spec arrived last 11th may. so, basically it was a 4 month waiting period. and mind u i booked at the biggest alor star honda dealer lee motor.

at first he promised me the car to be delivered after only 7 months. but then during our 'normal update' conversation at the end of march, he said maybe april/may i would get the car. good for him, 11th may everything settled.

but sadly not much freebies, just two very undersized honda tshirt, a CD holder, and 250RM discount. i want to buy the honda F1 shirt. chuunn oo. that white+light gree one.

so they reset the ECU, and ur FC improve. quite dramatically cause with all the lightest foot oso i onli got 14.3km/liter.

how about the other things, low pick ups? to compensate the high FC?

we did a highway run last week (the car was just 4-5 days old) and yeah, once it hit 120-130, it became unstable. but to not such extend we were 'fighting' keeping it straight. but it was apparent.noticeable.

could it be the tyre width? i am not changing any rims whatsoever, thus ruling out tyre size change. i'd like to know how the bars settle the swaying-on-high-speed problem. keep us posted. will ya?

where again this CGC? i own a black coloured city as well. shes just two week old.

what boot sensor? it beeps whenever u forgot to close it properly? do we ever have that? what for? but if the boot sensor is the reverse sensor, then yes city has it. and very well.

door step is actually among the accessories. which cars under 90k got it? does vios got door step? spectra5 got? good if it does. but i dont mind whether a car has it or not. brake lock even a waja doesnt has it. but of course u can install it separately if u need it.

door visor it depends on the person whether he/she needs it. in my case, yes i need it. might have to survey for it. the cheaper the better. but 200 i think its too high. buzzer? whats a buzzer?

u can always go for the 85k one if u feel at 90k it is too pricey. just add those u mentioned, i think it will be significantly lower than 90k.

what to say exactly? this is my first car. infact my first honda. so what should I ask? it seems everything is normal. FC hovers around 15.5 - 15.9km/ litre. no knocking sounds whatsoever. the car looks fantastic. responsive. the audio is superb.

absolutely normal. the 'loud' sound when the throttle is pressed deep, thats no biggie for me i guess. my definition of 'normal' oso i dont know whether valid or not in the case of referring the car to the service centre.

well, after all i drove waja and kancil last time. so of course this E spec of mine should be better than the duo isnt it. but again, i cant think of something to say to them. this weekend i think the first 1000km service. what to say?

the fulltank (1 bar left and 52RM worth of petrol), those days i managed to do like 14.5km/litre. no highway just the trunk road gurun - sg petani and back (my dad used it). this week, after a 100-120kmj gurun - nibong tebal highway, its like 15.9km/litre.

go within campus, out drink with mates, diner etc etc. now doing 15.3km/litre.

the way we drive is totally subjective. but i am telling u my way of driving. i am filling everything i can at the particular moment. so no preferrence on petrol brand whether it is shell, caltex, petrobras, mobile. except i never fill shell's v power.

i dont really jab the throttle to max everytime. i think its just a gentle push. quite slow but not too slow. i notice the gears are a bit longer going on because of the throttle push is not too hard. it is very obvious in the interchange between 3rd n 4th. the cornering is also pushy, infact at some corners i was like 20-25% into the opposing lane. and if no car ahead, its 70% of the opposing lane. braking is early.

however timid i may sound, the moment my 'driving madness' come, the paddle shifter will be getting the worst abuse. i know its not over 1000km yet, but f-g it mate, i jab the throttle like hell. hohohoh

did mine last week. the milage was 1200km i think.

then go back home on the highway, rammed up to 6,000 rpm. fuuuhhh...a whale of power pushed me home. was looking for the right band for the vtec to open.

but i cant notice it. all i heard was after 4,000 rpm the sweet little sound 'swooouuussshhh'

i thought then vtec open the engine sound a little 'hard' ?

so u booked an S specced? or u booked an E spec but then u got the S one?

if the case is the latter, u might wanna think again. BUY THE HONDA U WANT. but if u indeed booked an S spec, so good luck for you. it is a good car not because i bought it and i owned it.

but then again very fast ur SA locate a car for u. just within 2 and a half week booking. maybe u got lucky, mate. enjoy the new experience.
