im having a very bad day today.. pick up my car today after 2 month waiting only to drive for 10km, then the engine went out.. im not sure what happen bcos im no better than my mum when it comes to car.. then have to wait 1.5 hours for tow truck to come and bring my car to the service centre.. im so pissed off and the best thing they do is giving me the old city test car to drive home until my baby is fit again.. do u guys have any opinion on what should i do?

Well.. the best thing to do is make a lot of fuss. I would suggest they change another car, but the hassles
would be too great. What I can think of is that since this is an exception, make sure they give you like
extra service, or free service coupons, freebies etc etc for your troubles (makin u wait for 1.5 hrs). Tell them,
even if it's fixed..there's a tendency the car is a lemon, ..bound to have problems in the future unless the problem
was just something minor. See what they can give you in return.

service centre already closed at that time.. my sa told me they will check the car on tuesday.. maybe took 2-3 days depends on the problem.... any1 knows whether the honda service centre open on weekend n public holiday? depends on the problem.. cry.gif my 1st time buying car turn into nightmare..

Yes, the honda service centres are usually open during weekends (Sat and Sun). Monday however is a public holiday, and they
might just be closed. Where did you buy ur car from, if I might ask?

sri utama, genting klang.. from what they told me, its the 1st time they are facing this kind of problem with the new city( dont know whether this is true or not).. im gonna call my sa tomorrow mad.gif.. such a waste of time.. my sa gonna buy toto tomorrow using my plate number i guess..

monday is public holiday, so tuesday is the earliest.. im gonna call their service manager and make it their top priority.. if it possible.. btw, what happened to ur car? just show ur urgency, maybe they will do something.. that is the positive things that i can make out from sri utama.. but still reserving my judgement..

wow.. group purchase.. anything else u guys buying? btw, just check my car this morning and the problem coming from the water tank.. its leaking.. any opinion guys? what else should i check?

im still waiting for my car.. now my car going back to melaka until next week for further inspections.. anyone know how to contact honda malaysia beside their hotline, email? beside my sa, no one from honda bother to contact me and update me about my car condition..

hello guys, received my car last week.. hm giving me free service for 1 year for my car.. n finally received their official letter apologizing to me.. btw, how to join tt and become official member? can any1 guide me properly? tongue.gif .. u guys going to sepang for f1 next weekend?

how about ur driving style? many complaint about fc.. for 1st tank mine is 300km, 2nd 350km, now driving slowly to see whether can improve or not..

just done my 1k service.. complain about fc, they told me to come back early tomorrow to check sumthing.. i dont remember what it is.. just install sidestep and door visor there.. not very nice but very important to me.. can smoke while raining.. hehe..
