For my case, i have booked E spec CBP end of March. They promised tht i will get my car mid of May. They even wrote it on the ordering invoice and say their manager wont sign the invoice if they have no confidence on delivery.
Last week i call my SA asking the status of my new ride and he start to BS with me saying that the queue are too long, coming stock for this batch are lesser especially for CBP, not his fault, not manager fault, Honda din give them the supply they ordered... bla bla...and mention to me tht i still got chance since every month they have "second allocation" (which cannot confirm coming or not).
I force him to comply a date within this month. Then he start to BS again. After a few times of call, he admit to me that, even the second allocation did arrived, i still wont get the car since i am on the 3rd of the queue. The second allocation wont have more then 3 CBP. Zzzz.... then why told me about "second allocation" when i dont even have chance?
Lastly, he promised me AGAIN that i will get my car early of June. FYI, during the conversation i was so politely asking what happen to my ride. I am not that kind will get frustrated easily. I hope they (Honda SA) will doing their job nicely and keep their word. Dont wait until people need to @#$% them only then will comply.
Sorry for my lame long story.... just wanna share with some future owner out there. Never trust SA word on the delivery date. And they even use Honda Civic new face lit launching as an excuse saying Honda Civic order are jamming the queue...
Is it really that many Honda Civic owner out there? Honda manufacturing will put Honda City at the lowest priority?
