hi guys, just got phone call from ambank...their intrest is 2.55%, 65k loan, 7years.. should i proceed?? or is there any other bank int is low??

i just called my SA..confirmed interest rate increased to +- 3.5%...i am not sure if my interest still follow the old rate approved of 2.5%
 ...my loan approved early march but i have not sign the loan yet..waiting for my SA to call and confirm. ..hopefully remain the old 1 altleast |
