Just checked with the Honda website.NHC E spec selling for RM 62k OTR in Labuan!

So just imagine how freaking cheap the car actually is.

And here we are paying RM 89k .THe bulk of it we are paying are taxes..Haih...

Basically this sat is Wesak.So since its on Sat,they wont replace the holiday on Monday.

For the checking part,you should check every single thing

start from inside the car,make sure these are working

signal
wiper
seats can adjust
windows are working
side mirror can retract and can change position
floor mats are there
better to take it for a drive to see whether the paddle shifter are working
Make sure your mileage is less than 30 km
Radio is working
CD player is working
USB port is working
FOr E Spec,make sure rear seat can recline
Test the air conditioning.Put to max speed and see got any sound
Test the gear lever.See can change gear properly
Make sure glove box can open properly
Make sure the lights inside the car can be on
Check steering for defects
Check horn for sound
Make sure steering is aligned straight


FOr exterior,check

scratches
check engine bay .IF something unusual,notify SA
check to see if boot lid can be opened and closed smoothly
make sure the rubber linings are good condition
the door handles are working
check tyres .Make sure new tyres
Make sure there is the emergency kit in the boot
Make sure doors closed with a "thud" sound.
Check foglights
Check

The thud sound when you slam the door shut

Depends how serious does it not fit the checklist.It minor minor stuff then nvm lah,but if damn serious like big long scratch,suspension making weird noises,then you should reject it outright!

But so damn happy now cause just collected my car just now at around 6.30pm.

The runner who did the road tax came in at 5.30 when they were washing my car.For the full tank i filled just now,wow was surprised.Managed to fill till RM 72.But so far the power and gear changing is damn smooth and nice.

Just now brought it for a test drive and really love it !

Is it LockTech for the brake pad lock? It is worth RM 600 .So if hes giving ur fren for RM 560 then its ok.

Its expensive cause for this brake pad lock,when you lock it,you cannot start the car unlike the normal brake lock,where u just lock the brake pad.

The rest oso are all reasonable .

He asked me to go to honda panel shop to get it fixed absolutely free yesterday on Wesak Day.It is really a strong solid lock.

This car really suck fuel like water lahh...haih...

now left with one bar left,and i hv travelled 330km only...sien..

average reading is at 10.5km/l which is shit ...

Cause mine oso has the engine cut off feature but not only when the 2nd lock is engaged.Even when you pull the 1st lock,the engine is already cut off.

For the second lock ,the engine will oso be cut off.So basically ,there is a double lock to unlock when you wanna start the car.

You can choose to lock one lock or two locks.The 2nd lock is locked by pushing the small button inwards.The 1st lock is locked by pulling the lock towards you.

Yeah,for now it is F******** bad lah...My fren Vios can get 550km-600km on roughly the same driving conditions and same amount of fuel.

So much for all those high tech SOHC engine and all..In the end,the results still the same.

I am still getting around 330-350km only per RM 65 fuel.

And tat is normal driving,havent really tekan yet.Duno what will happen when I fullly floor the pedal.

One more thing,i collected my car last friday.Then on Sat ,i took if for a spin along kesas.
I was speeding around 150km/h when both my rear tyres skidded slightly,but was enough for me to brake quite hard.

Was scared the car might skid,since the car is so new and only clocked 120km....

Anybody experienced this before?

SYSH,where u got ur bodykit done and how much?

I just realised that since I am quite big size,not fat but BIG.I have some difficulty coming in and out of the car.

Since the NHC door frame arches quite low towards the front,I have to bend my neck when I want to go in the car.And when I wan to get out,I would have to bend my neck again,if not my head will rub the ceiling of the car.

SO i find it abit annoying cause the seat is already at the lowest possible height.

And the NHC has no panic alarm button.This is also another important thing left out.

Besides that,while driving,I feel that my left leg keep rubbing against the silver lining near the gearbox there.I think the seat there is too narrow.

I dont know why I did not experience this during test drive.When i got my car,all this minor but irritating things start to pop out.But no doubt the engine is smooth and the ride quality is excellent!

What pressure do you guys fill up your stock tyres with?

I follow the recommended tyre pressure at the side of the door there but it feels very soft.
