i would say AMD if u are on a budget.if u are not gona do any intensive stuff or ussing Sony vagas 6.0 is ok
but do consider inter the E8300 really is better than AMD |

 I clocked my E5200 @ 3.6GHz, max stable @ 3.9GHz. |

stock e5200 beat stock X2 6000+... no need to oc already win.. if plus oc... total winrar~

Do consider Cycom, the price they offer is lower than PC zone.

both also got some item price lower than each other but PC zone service is the best i've see... efficient some time... anyway...
