Does this mean if I'm late I'm not guarantee chance to play?

I have to attend a function at KLIBF09@PWTC until about 3.30pm on 25th. 5pm is a realistic time for me to arrive there.

Anyway, it's okay to not have chance to play. Looking at pros @ work should give be some pointers as well.

I've tried searching for Stadium Sulaiman/ Sulaiman Stadium/ Sultan Sulaiman Stadium through google earth with no avail so far. Anyone could give me a pointer? The name of street perhaps?
