RULES

1. Games General Rules:
• Basic format : 5v5 Teams
• Map used : DotA Allstars v6.57b ( or latest )
• Time limit per match : no time limit
• Knockout format (all team manager have to draw for their team/ request upon us draw for them)
2. Game mode:
Captain mode [-CM], with the following rules:
• The team leader will flip a coin to decide which team to be sentinel and which team to be scourge. Hero drafting will be done in 1-2-2-2-2-2-2-1 manners. Sentinel side will choose the first hero, then scourge side choose 2 heroes, and sentinel choose 2 heroes, and so on, until the scourge last player choose the last hero. The order/ color of players are arranged by their own team before the competition. No changes are allowed after the coin toss.
• Teams are allowed 10 seconds to choose heroes from pool. 2 game pauses from each team are allowed to discuss. If neither a hero chosen in 10 seconds nor a game pause from the team that suppose to choose hero, 1 warning will be given and game will be paused.
• Invoker is banned hero. Kindly be reminded that if any of the players choose this hero, he will be given a warning, and he will have to re-pick the hero.

3. Game saves:
• First save at either first blood, or the 15th minutes into the game.
• The second saves onward will be on the every 15 minutes of the game.
• The saved game will be invalid if:
• A barrack/ tower are destroyed

4. Disconnection:
• If the disconnection is found to be intentional, then the team that found guilty will be disqualified.
• The game will be restart if it is within first 15 minutes
i)If it is not within the first 15 minutes and there is a valid game saves, then the game will be reloaded.
ii)If there is no valid game saves, and it is not within the first 15 minutes, then the game will be continued.
iii)If more than 2 players from either team are disconnected, the game will be reloaded to the game saves no matter it is valid or not. This includes the fatal error of more than 2 players or the disconnection of the host of the game.

5 Item usage and Restriction:
• 1 Necromonicon
• 2 Guinsoo or Eul Scepter of Divinity ( either 1 Guinsoo and 1 Eul Scepter also permitted )
• 2 Mekanism
• 2 Arcane Ring
• 1 Aghanim`s Scepter
• 1 Refresher Orb

6 Creep Block
• Creep block by any means is not allowed. The team that found guilty of this will be disqualified.
• Creep slow is allowed (including walking in front of creeps with zig-zag manners, Fissure of Earthshaker)
