if its Talam, save your petrol and effort. needn't go to the site. If still insist on going (out of curiousity), find the cheapest way to go (like tumpang friend's car or sumthing)

how much is the asking price? that area is very strategic..........the roads shocking.gif but once u r used to it, u know where to avoid the hole wink.gif yup, talam is not a good developer......but i guess they are still houses which are ok......depends on ur luck...currently renting a single story.......and yes the developer is talam.......but no issues so far (for the past 2years+) ..........

on another note, im interested in the bungalows there.....the one "taman perumahan pesara jabatan perhutanan" - hope people staying there to sell.......... rolleyes.gif actually got only 1 contact number but that property agent mcm takmau jual umah aja sweat.gif

note : equine park/bdr putra permai is a nice place to stay smile.gif traffic on weekends are good......far better then any road near MMR2 etc..

Putra Perdana is actually not bad to stay in. Staying in Cluster house 8. Depends where you intend to purchase the property. PP2,3,4 and 5 are actually built on solid ground, means no crack so far. Just that their house layout varies and at times not practical. However with a little renovation, it solves everything.

Potholes, well I believe most of our Malaysian roads are filled with potholes and uneven roads. Majority population there is Malay thus we know our neighbors. It's a nice environment to stay with family. House price there is reasonably low since it's leasehold and also from Talam.

Which part of Putra Perdana of cluster house u plan to get? wink.gif

Ex-mining area would be : PP6,7,8,9,10, Aman Putra, Nusa Putra.

well..talam projects are reasonable and back then, it was a hit. To buy a house, you have to line up and just point where you want and sign the S&P straight. No taking own sweet time to choose. Well, of course, what goes up have to come down, they screwed up and end of story. Location wise, it's reasonable. Price wise (at this current moment) it's cheap. To stay temporarily for 5 years or so before upgrading, can well go ahead with Talam first. At least you have a property of your own wink.gif

if really you're thinking of buying after weighing its pros and cons, i believe that RHB still finances Putra Perdana properties smile.gif

depending on your budget. You need to act fast before the highway completes. At this moment, I see a lot letting go their house at RM200K. Maybe you can try auctioned properties. I see there's still RM153K etc.

thats was what my mom was thinking.

hard facts, in that area, some of the houses weren't built, some are there but only pillars. consider urself lucky to be able to get a complete one.

she, was not so lucky....
