Only one goal is left unattempted: the pursuit of marriage. For Fahri is innocent and pure, and doesn't believe in the concept of relationships prior to marriage. I understand that , milleu. But to compare these two books , is not 'suitable'. Same genre but absolutely different storyline.

Yeah. Btw guys , just to add some info here , there is also a movie of Ayat-Ayat Cinta. Perhaps if you want to know the storyline first , you can watch the movie. But ofcourse , novels are always better than movies , right? This post has been edited by Massa: Feb 18 2009, 03:47 PM

QUOTE(budakjahat @ Feb 18 2009, 04:18 PM) @Massa I can't stand Maria, actually. I like her in the early part of the book. Then when she got to be a buddinski, then I get pissed. Heheh. No pain when she dies. Really? Wow , that part really make me soooo sad. PS:Although she make me pissed also. QUOTE(milleu @ Feb 18 2009, 04:18 PM) for romance novel plot, it's one of the good book I've read it's not usually for me to pick up a malay book and continuously reading it. i'll probably give it 8 stars out of 10. i haven't seen the movie yet. but been planning to see it if i got a chance. I see. Ya , I think it's a good idea to watch the movie. This post has been edited by Massa: Feb 20 2009, 05:09 PM
