Reading news about arowana breeding in Bukit Merah,

the problem with many farmers are now converting their padi field into arowana farming are getting out of hand. Complain received from the surrounding padi farmers and after the present MB checked the status and discussion with both arowana farmers n padi farmers. The MB decided that the govt will only allowed 450 acres of padi land to be converted to arowana farms. All existing arowana farms in bukit merah will maintained and been directed to convert their agriculture lands into Tanah pertanian industri.

The MB had stated that this is not to affect the existing arowana farmers as it is a new industry and helped the govt to generate more foreign income.

Most of the arowana farmers are indebted to the MB and will remember what he did to them and will support him on the next election!.

It takes him 3 months to settle the problem.

So, how about this industry?

I guess sometimes those online should really go out n look at the world a bit.

don't act liked a katak in a well.

over 30% farms in town do convert their grd floor into farms as most of them are situated in small towns and they mainly consists of 2 storey shops.

Most of them converted into farms after the grd floor been idle n rotten for many years.

not liked those shops in BIG TOWN where most of them are 3 storey to 6 storey, so, they can TALK COCK that small town owners should not convert their grd floor into farms. ( my Personal Opinion loh!).

Some of them even are Single storey shops and THEY ONLY HAVE ONE FLOOR TO CONVERT AND THEY ARE HARVESTING 2KG A MONTH.

well...getting bored. actually. peace.

CONGRATULATION !!!!!

After A survey done by all the local farmers , we have calculated that the total no of shoplot farms in the whole malaysia is at (As At March 2010)

130,000

Hurray !!!!!!!! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

We are only 20,000 short from OUR PM target of 150,000 farms !

Thanks to all the Good hearted and hard working Farmers, We had done it without any helps / assistance financially from the govt.

Bravo !!! rclxms.gif

While waiting for the so called 1GP to come out, we will be able to reach the target of 150,000 shoplot farms ...hopefully. We will try.

Thanks to all the farmers support of the local economy, all hardwares, contractors, workers, local coffee shops, transporters, and electricians are doing brisk buz and are smiling all the way to the bank.

some of our farmer friends also had converted their ground floor into farm after left idle for 10 years. They had reserved one area abt 10ft x 10ft in the front part of the shop and this they will rent it out for FREE to local poor residents that wish to start a small buz such as grocery or hp shop.

THIS IS VERY BRILLAINT idea !!!! We all should follow!!!...do it !!....

Listen carefully, Political strategist's of Barisan Nasional, if u are here n if not the adviser of our beloved PM, pls forward this message to the yang berhormat.

130,000 shoplot farms equal to RM50,000,000,000.00 ( Minimum) of investment that ORDINARY Malaysians had fork out from their own hard earned money, some mean it is their only capital left.

RM50 Billions !!!!

from our survey, each farm in fact feed at least 20 family members! father, mother, grand father n mother, son's n their family, daughter's n her family.

THat is equal to 2,600,000 of Self Employed Malaysians that totally depended on it to SURVIVE.

if You want to destroy their rice bowls, u are putting 2,600,000 peoples into Unemployment and these peoples will not be able to find a job, will go bankrupt, will commit suicide, will turn amok!!!.

do you think you can afford to do that?

We are going to meet and we will reach the target of 150,000 shopfarms !!!

While surveying among farmers on the number of shopfarms in Malaysia, a lot of them who do buz in the ground floor of the shopfarm had said that their buz are not doing well at all for the past 5 years. shocking.gif

Most of them said that if not because of the income that they collected from the upper floor farm, they will not be able to sustain the buz and pay salary of their workers and make payment of elec, water, cukai pintu n etc.

average they employed about two workers to help out in the ground floor shop. so, with estimated about 50% of them operating buz in their shop n upper floor converted into swiftlet farm. the total number of local workers that they employ is 120,000.

and if the govt really think that swiftlet farms only benefit farmers.....U better think twice.

Those officers in charge of the 1GP better go ask the nation Economy Adviser, what can we do with these group of malaysians that are mostly in rural area? can we find them jobs? can we do something to push up the local town economy so that their buz can survive?

NO!!!....its been liked that for over 5 or 8 years !!!.... the rural area economy is a piece of shit!!!

we used to do good buz when all of the factory workers are been paid good salary with OT and they can afford just about anything, be it new bicycle, new bikes, new cars, new shirts n etc. They are the biggest customer range that we have but they disappeared overnight when factory started to close down, no OT, n most of them are now unemployed.

N the shrinking FDI for the past 5 years means no new investment capital coming from abroad !!...how are we going to improve the local town economy?

and one more thing, what will happened with the aging folks in rural area?? if they got swiftlet farms, they don't have to worry about their future when they get older...and this mean the govt don't have to worry about how to sustain these group of malaysians, they are self sustainable!!.

so, better think properly before doing anything hastily for the sake of fast cash but losing over 10% of the votes that u can easily get for the rest of ur Political Life!!

i am sure u guys can read ENglish as most of u are highly educated and graduated from England and speak fluent england.

Politicians in Malaysia should Act Smart inside n outside.

But, unfortunately, they wear smart, act smart, look smart but still their brain just too slowed n dumb.

there are many ways to make money, if u are smart enough, u will look for other ways to earn money and still can win voters heart and continue to service them for rest of ur life.

but they are those so stupid that they listen to some buz man proposal to earn fast cash and they just follow without thinking....then they are stupid n dumb.

end of the story.

the above comments had nothing to do with the below newsclip.

# the trend now is very very funny.

the govt or buz man know very well that the locals cannot afford to buy expensive Eco Park farms as most of them who involve in this buz are all tight up with loans n abandoned shoplots.

so, they went to CHINA to ask chinese to come to malaysia to invest in Swiftlet Farms.

and if u are smart enough........u know what i mean.

ok. take for example. the govt said that they now want to share the country resources of crude oil by asking China to come to buy up oil fields in malaysia !....

So, same scenario. govt ask all malaysians to close all swiftlet farms in town and let the china peoples to own the farms, harvest n then ship back to china to process then sell in china.

THIS IS BLOODY BRILLIANT IDEA !!!.

Now. Today news is even more EXCITING !!!

now, new act required farmers to sell to ONLY A FEW LICENCED traders.

SO, IN NOT SO FAR FUTURE.........NESTS PRICE WILL DROP UNTIL RM2K BELOW.

HOW THEY CAN DO THAT??

EASY!!!!

GRADE THEM TO MANY LEVEL. THEY WILL STILL ABLE TO GIVES U RM5K A KILO PROVIDED THAT UR NEST ARE IN TOP NOTCH QUALITY WHERE IT IS FREE FROM FEATHERS, NO HOLES, NO TINY DOTS.

NEXT GRADE, RM4K, WITH NO FEATHERS, NO HOLES BUT ALLOWED A FEW TINY BLACK DOTS.

NEXT GRADE, RM3K, WITH NO FEATHER BUT ALLOWED 1 OR TWO TINY NEEDLE HOLES N NO MORE THAN 5 BLACK DOTS.

NEXT GRADE, RM2K, WITH SOME FEATHERS ALLOWED ( U MUST BE THANKFUL TO THEM TO LET U SELL THE NEST!!!)

NEXT GRADE, U EAT UR SELF LOH!!!!!!
