Yes, indeed. The did a very good comparison for the phones.
Honestly, if N86 was equiped with xenon flash, this phone would be uber good. However, on the downside, the phone battery consumption would definitely increase.

Very nice. I'm still deciding whether to get myself a N86 or w995.
Regarding your hang issue, it should be resolved once you update your firmware. That's what I read from this topic.

The obvious reason is because of battery life. Without the use of xenon flash, N86 can last longer compared to N82.

yeah, that seems to be the real reason why they did that. They mentioned that LED 3rd generation could be a replacement for xenon flash. However, that is not the case since xenon flash has been used by cameras for ages!

From what I read, the sound quality from the speakers is worst off than N82. With headsets, the quality is superb.
If you like a good walkman SE phone, w995 is your next choice for the same price.
