Anyway, you can read up the guides and it's not a difficult thing to do. Just understand the concept and you'll eventually know how to go about it.

oc'ing for the first time might be a lil difficult to understand, i suggest u read the basics, before going to the more advance chapter like gtl/ref, vtt and pll... otherwise u will go nuts @@

Errr.........Minum alone won't do lor cause oc is not a fast thing to do
At least also like a few hundred else it i waste of time to help oc for people(If want some mild oc lar)
Simple oc just go in bios for a while can do already(On S775,that it)

still least ppl OC i7, maybe you shuld look for oversea OC thread
