No i know why my garmin take 2-3 minute to lock
before this it lock so fastttttt 
must be my little brother kacau my phone setting
a-GPS are enable but still take longggggggggg time to lock...then i manage to set "Access Point" then wahlawwwwwww it lock fast again~!
moral of the story, even u enable a-GPS but not setting Access Point for Positioning Server then a-GPS will not work even 10000000000000 times u reset da phone.
