When the predictive text does not show our words, it will ask us to "SPELL" it, right?

Now the question is, Where are those "spelled" words stored? I want to delete some words that I spelled previously...help..

I don't think you can delete those spelt words. If I'm not mistaken it's stored in a system file which we have no access to.

Found this on the web, it doesn't allow for a specific deletion of user defined words but deletes all custome spelled words, at least better than none:

"Use a File Manager Go to

c:\system\Data ...

if you put it some new word on your T9 dictionary is
on this file :

T9UDB0f.dat " - delete this file, when you add a new word later the system should re-create a fresh file.

Hope the above helps. Bear in mind I have not tried it out, perhaps you could do a little more research on this yourself.

Tried to use Y-browser to browse phone system ...but end up couldn't locate T9UDB0f.dat file. However, I saw one folder named: PREDIC ... As I do not want to screw up my phone, I end up using the noob way: Train the T9 by switching to the word that I want consecutively ten times, then it switches to the word I want finally..

I remembered last time there was another mentioned that once we gotten used to the tube, we will tend to "touch the screen" whenever we use other phones, which I thought it was just a small matter...well, yesterday I used my friend's S500 phone and guess what, I also have the tendency to touch the screen ... aaargghh..

Last time when I used my W810i, there is a list maintaining the Recently SMS contacts, means no need to reselect from the phone book after typing SMS... the Tube seems doesn't have this feature, am I wrong???

yeah.. its true.. no such feature in our tube.. hope nokia will add that feature... later..  doh.gif

i'm also a bit disappointed with the music features... no dedicated music key.. to start the player... that mean.. even we are wearing our headset.. when we wanna hear the music.. we have to take out tube out.. then unlock the fon.. start the player manually.... ( i really missed Sony Ericsson music friendly-features...) ... so IMHO i think the attached headset controller (play button) should work as a dedicated music key... n i also hope.. dat.. the volume rocker key should work as next n previous track button when hold-press action taken...    shocking.gif

pls deliver dis message to nokia engineer.. so hopefully all the features will b included in next firmware.... icon_rolleyes.gif

Ya ya! I agree very much with you.. The dedicated music key and volume-next and previous song in SE is very nice! I thought the XpressMusic should have these functions...

Another thing, I just received an MMS, and it appears that I have to Manually select "Play Message" in order for the MMS to run. In other words, once the MMS is received, the MMS would just appear as Audio / text separately, just like a normal SMS, without any auto playing mode...is it like this? Or any other settings to make it Play MMS automatically?

the original firmware consists of : Simplified Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia. I wonder APAC1 product code firmware will retain these languages?

Oh ya, while in PC suite mode, there is no option to "Remove USB" ? Can we just simply plug out the USB cable?

Now what I do is, select the MASS storage mode, then right click to remove usb, then only unplug...

whEN Connected in PC suite mode, after using the tube, we can just simply pull out the USB cable right? I mean, no need to select any options to unplug it?
