TS good job on the V9 and the troubleshooting / common problems FAQ collection. Well in case anybody get into similar problem as mine (phone intermittently on / off, sometimes cannot on at all, sometimes not charging)
First experience in NCC (Sunway) -

Second experience in NCC was in Sunway as well, compiled into Third below. Summary - the guy said if I wanted to change the charger, it'll take 1-2 weeks and they cant lend me temporary charger.
Third experience in NCC (Amcorp Mall)

So far after the motherboard change in Third experience above, the phone is working normally again without any problems whatsoever. Unfortunately as a result of the change, I lost my v20 firmware and are currently back to v11. (And yes v20 is buggy but I dont think they took it off because of that, otherwise they would have taken it off the other regions as well. As far as today, it is still available for certain product codes mostly european region etc - so v20 users, dont worry!)
Yesterday somebody called from Zitron (Hello Service Center) but I was busy at work and was unable to answer, he left an SMS asking me to contact him when I am free. Probably a follow up on the visits above.
I'll find out tomorrow what he has to say and I'll update this post. Hope its not just a useless survey but a real effort to improve service and gain customer feedback etc.

Edit - 17-FEB-2009 -> The guy called again, but just to ask is the phone okay after the service.. and I said 1 word only "Yes" and he never ask for feedback or comment etc.. he just said okay thanks bye. Lolz. Great Service!
