I faced this b4. I also dunno wat happen actually. In the next morning, i wake up, totally cannot open. Scare me also. On ON, cannot on. Slide also no responce. Take off battery, put back also no responce. Then i charge also no responce. But i put the charger there for around 10~20 seconds, then it auto on. I think is the battery flatten out. But then on the previous night, i think there's still some bar left. N it's impossible to finish tat fast. Conclusion, it happens once, n i dunno y it happen. So scary.

Izzit the firmware cause the colour change? How sure r u ?

Exactly same thing happened to me. Went to sleep phone with 3 bars. woke up and battery flat. Im sure no bluetooth or WIFI on. That only happen once.
Guys, howz battery life for you? My Tube lasts exactly 1.5 days. No multimedia activity, no games, about 15 sms and about 20 minutes talk time. No bluetooth and not WIFI. defective unit or not? By comparison, my E71 last 4 days!!!

Battery life Very important to me. Would like some feedback. thanks

Thanks for feedback. I still on version 11. still nervous about upgrading to 20. but if more people can share that v20 improves battery life, I will definitely upgrade.

Ok Bro. I read your attachment. AM i understanding correctly that what you wrote is the steps to change product code. After that done, I use the NSU from any Nokia website and that should prompt me to upgrade to V20.
Correct or not? thanks bro...
