it's like comparing an OKay cameraphone with a good cameraphone... not great though..

camera quality wise in terms of 3mp cameras : 6500c / N73 > 5610xm > 5800xm
even the older 5610xm is better camera wise

u want to try taking the pics with the cover on and off?...

look a few pages back at the pic with the door. in that pic we can see that the cover does affect overall quality and colour.

close up pictures of any standard 3mp/5mp phones will almost always show the best pics.

keep in mind that we don't always take close up pics of everything including our friends do we? the picture quality will show degradation/ loss of quality in a normal few metres photoshoot. not this is where we can see the quality difference.

if change the product code to other country codes, will it void the warranty?

because i know for N series phones EURO product codes have the ability to take pics without the shutter sound on, so can take silent pics without people noticing..like in museums..

yeah... can't compare it because it has differences in build quality, touch screen quality, screen size, OS and other numerous things..

and btw, the main title to this thread : Nokia Tube the Iphone Killer isn't suitable at all or even true at all.. that's why people are still arguing and comparing the 5800 to the iphone..

why does that happen...maybe should go to Nokia care to fix it.. personally if that happens to me, it'll me a major problem..

yeah...and i even read in v7 if im not mistaken that a guy compared his 5800 with a 2mp SE phone and the 2mp wins quality wise..

n73 / 6500c > 5610xm > 5800xm these phones are all 3mp..

it's not a disadvantage because n73, 6500c and 5610xm all used led flash...and bear in mind that an n73 is a much older phone..and the cameras on those phones performed quite good despite the led flash...

so in this case the led flash is not the problem for 5800, the problem is the back cover that makes the pictures look very dull and has lower overall quality if taken in low light. plus the sensor size for 5800's camera is probably small..

ala..if want touchscreen with good camera..then wait for n97..

if EURO code really nice la..can take pictures without the sound.. so can take silent pics.

EURO code? r u sure that u have euro code?
if so then change it to silent mode or edit the current profile that u r in and turn off warning sounds.

now that's nice..u can take silent pics of people and inside museums..and other places that you shouldn't..hehe

man this guy is lying... nokia pics have dates as the file names... not IMG.. those pics are not taken from a 5800... "believe it o not..."

btw, using the pouch included in the package has this problem: really hard to take out from the pouch especially when we want to answer a call..

a problem with flip casing is that it makes our phones bulkier..much bulkier..taking in mind that the phone is already thick

bought ori right? check out the speakerphone (the speaker that u listen to when u talk on the phone). most people have this problem of a low volumed/soft speakerphone..

okay.. do this first. use GENERAL profile, then in messaging settings change where the messages is saved to PHONE MEMORY and not memory card.

if still can't still do the above before updating and try updating from a diff computer with nsu installed. preferrably WIN XP and not vista..
