that just mean your phone do not support that language. Could be that language is not available in your phone possible your phone is an AP set from another region

If you have flash tools even lifetimer can reset.

Alot of AP phones also matches the box my dear friend. To honestly to know whether your phone is new or not there is a method to check inside the phone

nope just go to kfc. connect to internet then it will ask u to use what to connect. Select wireless lan then select FREE KFC WIFI.

I test many times it works

Try starbucks nearly all starbucks have free WIFI. Nearly 10 i go i can connect. Stupid Coffeebean charge for WIFI

try a few places. Example a place you try with your notebook if can connect then your phone cannot then its a problem.

ANd there are many places that give free wifi but you must go use that place. Example station1,pappa rich,steven corner you ask them for the wifi password. After u save in future u pass by there u can use
