Phoenix looks complicated for me. Try JAF. It's ez as abc. Then use NSU to update. Tested n it works. Change back product code after updating by using JAF again. My product code same wif urs.

Change code then can liao. ~ Every region got its own code. Malaysia product code canot update. If u change to taiwan or APAC1 or others, then can update liao... But dun change to euro version. Wait dun hav chinese or others, then u cry. Summroe firmware udpate cannot downgrade liao. Means u need to wait for another version mayb v30 come out only u can change back to APAC or other region. Since u can't update to another region of the same version. ~

Yup. change back to ur 0570196 in order not to void ur warranty as changing product code void ur warranty. We change the product code for the sake of updating the firmware only. Since after updating, nothing much. Change back lor. Ur warranty from void become unvoid. LOLZ

I never face this problem for 5800. But last time n82 i face it. The themes is not inside my application manager.. I dunno where to uninstall it also. But then if i not mistaken, some1 mentioned on how to solve this issue. But i never really read through it
