The quick talk button.. other then that, the specs the same right? My quick comparison: 1. TP 2 has no flash 2. Has bigger battery capacity 3. Will use WM6.5 4. Has touch zoom bar

my biggest concern would be the touch screen itself, though it's very very sweet to have 3.6 in size.. (iphone only 3.4)
but how's the sensitivity now? as compared to iphone or HTC HD

imho....TP2 it's not a significant improvement device over the current TP....i'll pass this too for new HTC user, i would advise go for Diamond2 if qwerty keyboard is not a factor

Has touch zoom bar but the above spec only mentioned WM6.1 leh... anyway, another difference is it's sliiiiiiiightly thinner than the Touch Pro....but it's longer & wider. looks good tho... mustnotspendanymoremustnotspendanymoremustnotspendanymoremustnotspendanymoremustnotspendanymore

QUOTE(Quinn @ Feb 17 2009, 11:39 AM) Why the Diamond2 than this? just my opinion tho; 1. Diamond 2 still maintain the 'diamond' form factor which look better than opal shape TP2 2. Diamond 2 upgraded the camera res from 3.2mp to 5mp [ no big deal but it's still an upgrade tho... ] 3. Diamond 2 keypad area is more roomy and should be more comfortable to use compare to TP2 4. Diamond 2 has a better battery life compare to TP2 [ standby and talk time ] 5. Diamond 2 has everything that TP2 had - only minus the tilt qwerty keyboard and slightly larger screen

Chipset is different, TP: Qualcomm® MSM7201A™ 528 MHz TP2: Qualcomm® MSM7200A™ 528 MHz
MSM7201A is 65nm MSM7200A is 90nm
But not too sure any performance impact, any idea?
