Premature Ejaculation drug hope

Following the success of the little blue pill for ED, a new drug called dapoxetine, an antidepressant known as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), has been found to be safe and effective in the treatment of Premature Ejaculation. The drug trial published in the Lancet showed that after 12 weeks on the treatment, there was a three- to four-fold increase in the time to ejaculation (the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time). Dapoxetine also improved patients’ perceptions of control over ejaculation and satisfaction with sexual intercourse. Side effects include nausea, diarrhea, headache and dizziness as well as possible psychiatric side effects, skin reactions and changes in bodyweight which has raised some concerns. At present the drug has not been approved by the FDA, but it gives hope to the large number of men with Premature Ejaculation, which number more than those with ED.

I could go on and on until more than 1 hour without coming. My partner got bored eventually because she has come two or three times and it it very tiring for both us. That's why I want to know how to come faster.

My partner can come twice or thrice and I am still nowhere. She got tired of trying to make me come and I became tired too. It would be nice if I can come after 30 minutes or so.
