i'm still deciding on either w995 or i8910... decisions...

main thing i'm concerned about is the keypad -- is it nice and tactile or hard like rock? hmmm~

..and suddenly more of em 8mp hps poping up..

i bet it pretty wise to hold any purchase.

of course no one gonna wait forever, but at least lets em big brands launch their flagship model.. then we will get busy buying em!

Well, according to this blog, Sony Style KLCC confirmed that the Retail Price for ori set is RM1999

Hooooo, if that is the case then I'll definitely wait out for the price to drop. Probably it'll drop more towards the end of the year.

Like for example; I own a Samsung SGH-480 aka TOCCO. Bought it at market price of RM1700 in August 2008. Now its going to be close to one year after that. The market price now is at RM1399 after I've done some recent research.

If it drops at least RM300 for the W995 then it will come under consideration for me.

i love walkman fon..so far, ive use 3 w series. last week i tried out this fon but its not as good as i imagined.. clear sound. 8.1 mp? its was so-so. i decided to buy 5730 XM instead...

I went and check out the phone two days ago, RM1999 >_<, so far I see the camera kinda ok [of coz i cant expect it to be like c905 cause its a walkman phone], kinda solid, the screen nice...juz tat the walkman button, volume button and camera button seriously need to replace..cause all in one row kinda "sempit" and the volume button stuck in between and no camera lens protector only...

and my dad say only will get me tat phone after 2 weeks to 1 month time >_<....cause he say no juz out very expensive..wait 2 weeks or 1 month 1st ^^..cant wait to have it >_>

I just got mine as well. Thorus, Black. Wait a while for the review, I need to break it's virginity first.

What I am more concerned about is whether the problems of the C905 has been rectified in this model. Importantly is the loudness of the Ring Tone of the W995; as I cannot seem to pick up my phone in busy places even with a vibration set on.

Hopefully other stores outside of Sony Centres will offer a lower price. But I foresee it won't go beyond RM1899.
