but after ex gauge finish...i thought u dunno that abel's ultra can go thru fireball,so i land my 3rd 1..and then....dang dang dang dang~~~

How long would a guy who just played 30minutes on this game on DS3 take in order to become competitive?

Depends on how fast you adapt to the game.

Some adapt quickly, some take months.

Why ask? Just play and keep playing (and study the game if you want to) and eventually you'll get better.

And the easiest way to find out is to join competitions of course.

can i download save file to access unlocked characters? Feel like fighting real players instead of CPU but wanna use other characters.

Fought with nick's balrog, nearly went into rubber set but due to my mistake, should have shoryuken because his balrog doesn't have enough life to even block it ~_~

Fought with Anthony as well, hate Gief's lariat, its GHEY Anyway, went till rubber set I'll get my revenge by using stick

Then met Big mac, kileak and the rest Oh hoho.....at least my DAN won!!! *Jumps and taunt* YAHOO!!!!

Most probably something like WCG, each state represent top 3 players to compete in the grand final held in some state (KL i suppose).
