Infact...this guy was so annoying when he first met up with CHUN LI aka my wife ( seriously my wife who dressed up like Chun Li ) and sakura on the first Tournament and when he saw her again in Lowyat...for a Microsoft event...he told her that he was looking for her through out the month and pestering her for contacts...and ask her to post some post which is difficult for any cosplayers. I was there and I have to told him off " Dude, if you want to take the picture..take it. You didnt pay the talent and you are not the Media...take what ever post she post for you. !!! " and so on and so on and so on...sigh

Thank you for taking part and supporting SF4 events whenever they are and special thanks to all my associates Game Marshalls - Rawfish, Teng Fai and Quist. Tournament gets better with helpful hands like you guys !!!

Congrats to all winners and our friend MR PAD from Penang and hope never forget the experience with us. Hope to do event at Penang too.

Pad owners are pretty impresive but I still strongly suggest ( IF POSSIBLE ) get sticks.

Also replying to those who didnt make it to the tournament...planning a TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT sometime on the 29th this month ( not confirm date ) and we will bring SF4 to a NEW LEVEL of competition...KEEP FINGER CROSS !!!

Dear all,

We are planning for a TAG TEAM TRIAL OUT - can anyone let me know when is the best time for running this special event. There will be another SONY tournament on the 29th August 2009 and this time I plan to run a TAG TEAM instead of normal single player.

Regarding tournament, I will update you guys ASAP !!!

Hi guys - here is some thought to make the tournament even better, specially those who want to capture videos.

1) Probably next time - if i have enough materials and equipments...we can have a camera or a web cam focusing on players face. Each cam for each player and center screen shows the current match.

2) Better stereo equipments as I am a pretty well MC and can make the event even better.

3) Tables and space got to be bigger

4) A sofa or seats for contestant who waits for their match.

5) Perhaps with some sponsors - Catering for snacks and water

6) Limited Edition Tshirts only for SF community - The more you win, the more title we embrodered for you. something like achievement on ps3

7) More cosplayers standing next to the players as supporters...

8) OR a sexy female street fighter stand in between the players and say GO !!! - like racing car thingy...

9) MALAYSIA OPEN tourney where we can invite our neighbour country...

OK so no one let me know yet...should we do a TAG TEAM MINI TOURNEY this Friday?

Thanks Brastel...for your input...lets hope we can get enough sponsors...and thats why we need every SF fans there to attend the tourney ...the more you guys show up, the more valueable the tournament is the easier for me to get sponsors to open their eyes...

Regarding the T SHIRT - I think we will give it on that day...for pics purpose but he will receive it within a week and wear it on next event.

NONONNO - it will be custom made. That day the shirt is only for sample and for people to take pics only. I will take it back...and provide a new one for the winner sometime next week.

Shah Alam? Which one? Where is it the one where you need to pay some money and winner gets 70% and runner up get 30%?

If thats the SF4 tournament you went...I suggest not to...videogame tournaments should not involve paing entry fees and win percentage from those...these are consider GAMBLING? Lets not spoil the healthy SF games ok guys?

So far - non of the tournament held by us need contestant to pay for entry fees. And even if there is entry fees, its either we return the entry fees with door gifts of we use it for rental of space. Other than that, we assure prizes are worth more than entry fees.

Hmm...maybe I got involved with local government too much as everytime we run a tournament, the local authorities and shopping malls dont allow any thing with that mechanics. These are consider gambling. Simlar to arcades...why they all changed it to token...similar issue.

And Malaysia is a sensitive country...cant do this cant do that even though they said can...need to apply...then wait
and wait and wait and then oh sorry not approve.

Well, lets hope more people turn out next tourney and let sponsors know its worth while supporting sf4 tourney
