There were 3 panels, which is Technical "Otai", and it was like a chit chat session on ur expereince at first, but sometimes the question can make your brain in 'blank' mode. but I manage to provide the answer eventhough I have a feeling that the answer was not the correct one. I believe is not whether u are giving a wright or wrong asnwer, but to test your confident level to speak and brief the solution. So my 2cents advise is, u must be prepare or check back your current jobscope, in terms of technical and management. You have to describe by giving an example and how u manage it.
e.g: Have u ever been in a situation where u was not able to provide the solution?
answer: u need to give an example based on your experience, explain technically and how u manage it. Dont say "No".
The interview session was last for almost 2 hour, and at the end of interview, just ask nicely whether they recommend u or not.
