3k is considered ok for 12.1mp camera phone

better name it "I" series..

Not yet. But I believe they're going to announce the N86 soon. It will have 8mp but with LED flash only. No xenon.



Anyways, the Idou is kinda like a concept phone right now. Some changes will be made before they give more information about it in May.

I just want to compare that if NOKIA and Sony release phone with same spec...Sony is more expensive than nokia

but i still support SONy bcos of the design.

This phone is using EXMOR sensor, a DSLR sensor from alpha lineup. So, i will say rm3k is fair.

MP means nothing if the outcome looks like shit..
i have a DLSR and i set the image size to 3.2MP only
the usual misconception is the bigger MP is the better picture quality which is totally wrong.

the image size doesn't matter unless u want to print your image to poster size etc..
for 4R size or merely to upload on facebook etc...3.2MP is more than enough

bigger resolution not necessarily will produce better picture quality, u have to check the sensor size etc..

IF it's release b4 midyear 2009, i dun think many will care bout it's 3k++ price tag so many improvements over d xperia..which oso has d 3k initial price tag..

better start saving from now.should be enough when this phone release to market .if it gets cancled half way,at least can go for the W995
