small is quite small la, but since i low budget and maybe some reno will make it look better.

The food is no longer that cheap compared to the old times.

Anyway, I dislike the size and the top (third) floor being the biggest room/master bedroom. Besides, being old, it also dirty to my preference.

Hey TS, what is the price range you are quoted for those units?

can take security/safety issue into consideration. Heard of a lot of cases in that area...

It's quite old and dirty, estimate simple renovation will cost around 30K.
But see those guy renovate each floor of the house until maximum damn syok, but need a lot of vitamin m.
