IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 01 or 10 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Finland which is very Good

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 00 this means your cell phone was manufactured in original factory which is the best Mobile Quality

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 13 this means your cell phone was assembled in Azerbaijan which is very Bad quality and also dangerous for your health

And im going to ask how can i check my phone's product code instead of unplugging out the battery ?? is there any ways to check by juz simply typing codes like *#000# those etc?? And what is the importance of product codes?? im worried cuz my ap set user manual is in malay!! i wonder if it is from Indonesia...however, my imei number seems to be same as shown in the box 1..so kind of confuse...can any1 help me out, please??

NSS is Nokia Software Updater?? i havent checked the code yet but i did try my phone and it works great...no problem occured so far...^^

my frenz had V30.0.019 on his N82.recently updated it to v31.0.016.there was little improvement in nokia maps and phone works fine. But he noticed that battery life is now significantly weak than in early time.Guys its better you read about this case before updating your N82.I read much on that. But all said battery will last more hours than in early firmware.But happened opposite of that....

better don upgrade lolx...

Same here...buddy, my IMEI at the box seem to be same with my IMEI at the phone...but this is not a CSL set...may i ask in left or right the IMEI number is?? mine is on the left side....

My N82 is already 14 months old and it is still good.

Er... not that problem. I using memory card 256MB from old handphone. No such problem exist. I bought new AP set for RM1060. Price increased RM 10 compare to last week and the "Tauke" said the price increase due to H1N1 coz all the phone taken in from SG. Maybe the security check or custom check become more strict.

I dropped my phone and now my camera doesnt seem to work oredi

i open n close the cover at d back, but no respond at all.

go to menu > camera also no respond. Only front camera working

Hello all N82 gurus & users. I just only bought my new N82 to replace my aging 3310 (damn reliable phone btw) & it came with the default 2GB mem card. I just wanna know if I get a 16GB mem card can I just plug it in & run it or do I need any modifications to my phone in order to use it. I've seen screenshots of 16GB cards used on N82 on the web but there doesn't seem to be any info about whether I need to have the phone firmware "hacked" first or not. I've upgraded to the latest firmware (v31.0.016) using the Nokia Software Updater & as far as i read this firmware version is unhackable currently. Thanks in advance & hopefully I don't have to hack my phone to use any new mem cards.

Another thing is I've checked my phone & it says that its running Feature Pack 1. Is there any way to upgrade to FP2?
