i think u need an app to do it..or at least to do it with ease.. Added on February 27, 2009, 5:39 pm QUOTE(yip_man @ Feb 27 2009, 05:38 PM) if set to maximum...it still looses to other n series phones at half brightness or at 3/4 brightness depends on the phone..This post has been edited by alpha_company: Feb 27 2009, 05:39 PM |

i didnt ask if it were bright enough.
the full brightness of N82 is much dimmer compared to other N series at half or 3/4 brightness. why do i need that bright? cause i want it to be. im just asking how to increase brightness using apps, im not asking you opinions ..sheesh.. what games do you have for the ngage??
Added on February 28, 2009, 3:14 am QUOTE(BBXiong @ Feb 27 2009, 09:41 PM) i knew about the N82 capable of running windows 95 few days back..but there are 2 issues.. yeah.. well explained.. thanks one is, ue to the low resolution we have(compared to PC), we cannot properly see the words, so, we have to guess.. another one, those who seen the youtube video should have notice, it responded very slow... @alpha_company: i have to agree with you on the screen brightness..for those who disagree and try to flame me, try using your original N82 screen brightness and walk under 1pm sun, see if your screen is showing you any colour a not..after force increase brightness, i can at least get 20% of the colour tone when i am under direct sun.. put that one aside..it IS dimmer then most of the N-series out there..my N81 screen is somewhere between original max brightness and the force max brightness btw, i just wanted the app to turn the brightness beyond max only when i need to and then turn it back down because turning it all the way up all the time will suck the battery life much much faster.. QUOTE(GaminPro @ Feb 28 2009, 03:52 PM) for s60v3 like n82 n95 and also s60v5 like 5800Added on February 28, 2009, 5:11 pm QUOTE(Mr. Green @ Feb 28 2009, 04:50 PM) Indeed. The TSRautostart exits itself and doesn't run when you on your phones. I'm not sure about other processes though. thanks for the info man..good to hear Btw, if it doesn't exit itself, go to Tools -> Settings -> System -> Launch Background Service and select disable. You don't need to format your MicroSD, just download the update from the Garmin website. Extract it and run the installer on your phone. what i meant to say there is that a dual processor phone like n82 and n95 has the advantage of playing ngage smoothly. thus completing the requirements of only "n82" discussion. do i need to write down n82 in all the posts?

n82 has built in gps...the shop is lying to you...or maybe they're idiots.
be sure that when u want to use normal gps, you must be outside and clear of obstructions like tall buildings etc.. so it locks on faster. Added on March 20, 2009, 12:31 pm QUOTE(booooster @ Mar 19 2009, 06:25 PM) yeah... only geniuses can figure out that it was a typo and was mentioning n95 8gb This post has been edited by alpha_company: Mar 20 2009, 12:31 PM |
