how to reinstall?Hard reset?And I'll lose all my data right?

I got it from a friend.without any box guides.Just charger..2nd set lol..

anyone have tis problem that im having now?
when im playing a song, the volume kept increasing to 100% (im using headphone). this annoy the s*** outta me guys 

honestly, this phone's camera is a monster compared to other 5MP phones..
on low light condition,  i snap photo with flash, and it look very natural..but of course, it's just a phone camera, and in low light conditions, you can expect a certain amount of noise in the picture, but the overall quality is superb

how to prevent the camera lens there ( silver part there from scratch ?)
put the rubber protector?

my bluetooth handsfree is only for one ear but can listen to mp3 leh.

keypad only meh? i tot also for screen brightness?

hi fellow n82 fans, my phone is serving me well and everything is fine except this thing... i cant get my mms and wap to work.. each time i try to connect it says 'connection failed:packet data loss' or sth like that.. and my mms i just can receive any instead ill get an sms to go check it online and i cant send too il'll just resend all day long. so it would be of great help someone can help me out here..

any1 had facing some problem of XENON flash and the red light ? the flash will hurt the eye...

I think my camera loading and default browser speed is still 99% similiar to new. The one slow down is the Menu, SMS Messaging, and Gallery.
