I'm having issues below where have no idea to solve it

1. In game, my car seems capped with speed 100kmh and cannot go any higher, no matter which track and which car, may I know any setting to release the car speed?

2. Thanks to Mara for givning me the IP, but when I click connect -> the the blue button (add game) -> enter the IP, it doesn't able to find the server, bros can advise me?
