i would like to buy a property somewhere around PJ, area like bukit jalil, cheras or puchong... but i don't really know which part offers the best price.
also, i would like to hear from some expert when is the right timing to buy a property for the time being.
i'm actually been staying in PJ for some time, but i haven't been looking for houses all this while, so i'm not too sure whether the offered price is worth it or the other way round.

so here, i would really like to ask for your opinions...

pj area where to find 200k landed leh ..................condo also reach 300k soon

u can try puchong area for htat price or cheras area

depend on ur income lah want to buy or not weather for investment or self use
and also beside think about the downpayment consider also monthly expenses for the house , it not going to be cheap

kinda tough though is definitely gonna cost you about 250k if i not mistaken for a 22'X75' double storey, else is kinda small.

hmm.. i actually looking for a house where i can stay alone or sometimes my parents will come for a visit. that's all.. i dun really need a big one..
anyway, i was telling i need somewhere near PJ, but not exactly in PJ how about bukit jalil eh? any nice and cheap houses there???

eh today i saw auction notice for 17, Jln SS5A/4 single storey freehold going at RM 220k starting price.

starting price also 220k already
after bidding then i wonder how much it'll be

you need to cool down. definition of "around" might not be so clear. Since you have listed preferred locations, there is no need to use "around PJ" to make other thinks you are looking for property in PJ (besides the ones you listed).

your choices:

- Cheras (hardly NEAR PJ)
- Puchong /bukit jalil (NEIGHBOURING/next to PJ)
- Kelana jaya (now that's AROUND/IN PJ)

If I said I live around PJ, usually people thinks my house is somewhere in PJ area, rather that neighbouring it.

ps: I live in kepong. maybe I should tell others that I live AROUND damansara/desa parkcity
