I have read this thread and RM 3 per square feet for Philipines carpet is quite standard charge by contractor. i have been quote the same price however it is not full carpeted whereby the grass is separated for about 5 inch to another. they cut to small pieces. does the RM 3 for this case is reasonable?

ic...in my case need to add another RM300 for the contractor to take care the grass until it fully grown. i have asked 2 other 2 contractors almost the same RM3, but they did not mentioned whether this one is full or separate. the contractor that give quote RM3 for separate 4 inchi quote RM 4 if I would like to do full grass.

Added on March 28, 2011, 9:02 pmi have asked the website they said RM 2.50 per square feet for full carpet grass (sod) with 3 months monitoring. Asking about this sprig (separated) they didn't do it but RM 3 is pretty standard based on their experience.
