i guess this is a yucca plant...previously my plant has brown spots alot.. sometimes before too much water, so the plant get sick and easily get attack... the remedy was i remove the plant,the hole which i used to plant it, u put in it few layer of stones, then plant it back, if can make like a small bukit... so water will easily flow out through stones if already seep inside the soil and if not it will just flow down the small bukit.. and keep the tree dry... then patches will slowy go away as the plant become healhty again... some plant dont require much water.
