as we know Android needs higher processor and RAM to run smooth..., thats why the Android devices need higher processor..

depend on what you want.... iOS or Android OS..

so if u want use, only can hope for ap set
furthermore, it depends which OS suit you
iOS personal already smooth, so they no need so high ram and faster processor
