First, i never thinking of opening a thread, but since seller not responding at all, i can't help but open this thread.

Here's the case :
I bought a Fujitsu P2110 from " ravi6662 " at this thread " http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=864429&hl= " , bank in 06 Jan 2009.

The item arrived at 10 Jan 2009, I checked immediately for all the functions at the laptop and items, all ok but missing 128MB RAM. As the seller stated in the thread, the Fujitsu should come with a 256MB + 128M memory, but there's only 256MB memory. I already PM " ravi6662 ", first he responded said that he will send the 128MB RAM & the missing screws for the Fujitsu P2110.

And so i think i can trust him, coz he already send me the laptop, i wait. But i think i was wrong, it's been a month now and still " ravi6662 " not responding, he had been kinda MIA from 12 jan 2009 until 01 Feb 2009 i noticed he was online, yet he was no replying any of my PM. First i still thinking positive, maybe seller been busy or what...so i still waited...

But today, 13 Feb 2009, i noticed seller " ravi6662 " online this morning, yet he still didn't replying my PM or even response to me at all. So, i think i'm out of patience, i'm gonna make a thread at dispute corner to solve this problem.

I already PM seller " ravi6662 " about this thread and PM him this thread link. Hopefully he would come to speak out and solve the problem.

Have you tried other methods of contacting him besides pm?

yup, i had his phone number, call and sms him many times already, yet still no responses at all.... sighhh.....

yup, already inform his before i intend to create this thread and after thread created i also PM him the link.

this is ridiculous....just this evening, "ravi6662" PM me back, but saying that "he is his cousin, his uncle already left to USA, he is using his account now"...WTF!!! so, i asked him, does he has any solution regarding what he uncle promised me? and he didn't reply again. even if he flew to USA, he could at least reply my email (i forgot to mention that i also email him several time and yet no responses at all).

what i don't like is that he kinda irresponsible & sort of MIA, yet not having good intention in solving this matter.

Tell him to come here and defend himself rather than using such lame excuse.

Although "IF" his uncle uses his account to do the trading, HE IS RESPONSIBLE for it because it was HIS ACCOUNT.

I tried with my friend number, with public phone, and he didn't pick up at all. I guess i'm just lazy to follow up again, just hope that other would beware of this "ravi6662",.


It's his uncle who dealing with me, and now the person who using "ravi6662" account claiming himself to be his cousin and that the original user of "ravi6662" had already go to USA. I already PM him twice the link to this thread, yet still no responses, yesterday i saw him online a while, and still he didn't even take a look into this thread.

Lucky, nver deal wit him. hoowaah~~~ very bad this ravi6662 thanks 4 letting us know this TS.

well, i guess this ravi6662 not gonna show up anyhow. btw, how could i report this so ravi6662 could get a dispute tag on him? coz i dun see any of good intention of ravi6662 (neither the real user nor his cousin) to solve this.
