I wouldn't put such high hopes on the Superlux. I'm pretty sure a HD600 would eat it alive with no bones left unless that listener was deaf or has really weird taste.

I would caution against going along with review hype and really testing them yourself. I've had a major disappointment (DBA-02 RM600 touted to be better or equal to TF10, EQ7, SE535, W3, etc. Only to find that the earphones are super bright beyond tolerance, so bad I prefer apple's stock earphones).

I would recommend going to Jaben and testing everything within your range (They have the Superlux HD668B which I tried and frankly it's worse than the DBA-02) before making a decision.
