ok .. normally, how close it can be to the object? 1cm?

i am using kit lens with macro converter ... at shop, I think, I can focus the object closer than at home .. haha .. what mode to use for macro? P? M?

yup from Sg...and i found that sg price is always higher then malaysia one (refer to alpah only)

i'm looking at the A700 as well but willing to wait for the A700 replacement A700x or A800 maybe....if get 2nd A700 during that time also will be cheaper maybe....dreaming

i'm still undecided either to get an UWA or get a Tammy 1750 as kit lens replacement.. last time im more towards 1750, but since i already have a flash, been thinking to get a Siggy 1020 as i can explore n learn other style of photography with an UWA.. kit lens already a good lens, and with a flash, i believe it can do wonders.. what say others??

the cheapest would be around 1100. i would say 1140 is a fair price since before, some of us had to pay 12++ for it.

may i ask, the aperture right, which one is lower aperture? if the number high or low?

is it alot of different between f2.8 and f3.8 lens? can show the picture what we can do with f2.8 and f3.8 ?

hafeez71: 55-200mm is not a bad lense  .
of coz don't compare with the premium stuff

ryzan76: pic no 6 and 7, did sharpening using Photoscape. Pic 8 apply zoom blur using Photoscape also. The rest didn't do anything.
For the G pics, need to take from my fren coz inside his card.

jimlim007: i used mostly F11 @ 1/40sec. I'm not that good at this too. Out of 100+ pics taken, less than 20 remains.
