Futures is not as dangerous as you have thought about actually. It's very much depend on the research and understanding of the flow of the entire market.

Invest through borrowings loans should not be the first options in fact. Good investor aims for long term investment.

Motivated investor aims for double or tripple of gains is what a good investor should have as his investment motive.

Japan's economics situation is actually very much on exportations. THeir manufacturing expenses are very high. My japanese advertising agency quote me for RM130K just for photograph session and advertisement design for 6 pillars. THis is because Japanese is a race that love their culture, country and history so much, they don't hire or assign non-japanese for their business partnership; they don't simply fire you because you didn't meet your appraisal. The worst they may do to you is just put you in a 'small position', and your job description is maybe admin jobs only. Even if they know the supplier is not good enough, they may only look for other suppliers, but of course, japanese supplier will be the first priority. THus, you may see not many manufacturing or factories located in Japan, there are mainly offices that in charge of paper work or management only. THeir factories are normally established at low-cost countries such as China, vietnam etc....

Regarding the futures part, yes it is risky if you invest it now, however, I still believe there are methods in invsting for futures. My investment experience is not as good as others maybe because of this i dare to say this    Anyway, the main point i would like to share is just that investment opportunities are anytime anywhere, if you are really looking out. On the other hand, invest all what you have is not wise at all. It's best to invest the amount of money that even if you make a lost you won't feel hurt.

You already spelled out the risk, research and understanding of the entire market, if more than 50% of investors really understand the entire market inside and out, we wouldnt have gotten where we are today
The hedge funds, equity swappings, future tradings all led to today's economic problem and alot have went down with the economy, some will recover wiser, some will never

And long term investment need time to realized, if investling in a long term through share, i'd say its not as profitable as investing in properties
More so with inflations

Thats what alot of marketers would like you to believe, that a motivated investor aims for double triple or quad, so that together with so called motivated investors to move the price up or down as they themselves do not have such monetory power

Yes, if everyone understand the futures then only they invest, we won't be getting what we're having now today' it's because of greeds that cause the problems. Not enough cash for investment, take loans or morgage etc in any investment is never the right way.

Long term investment in shares is one of the options. It's because the shares don't have a time limit for you to sell or buy. Once you put the money there, you can always wait for the right time to sell it. Property nonetheless is a good choice yet poor ppl like me can't afford, moreover, it's easy to buy a good property yet not easy to sell it out at good price and at the right time. Property is very much depends on its locations. 20 years back Klang is a popular city but look at now, all houses and shops are at good value, now it's KL that wins the seat but later will be PJ.

I am not desperate and i can wait years just for a relationship, even though if that person is a right one...
