Incoming Call doesn't ring and direct to voicemail

I having my iphone 3g (FW2.2, HK Unlock set) since 4 months ago, all the while it perform well till recently i notice that there sevral missed call shown (randomly) without ringing when in screen lock mode. is there anyone know how to fix it (i've try to restore it to default setting, but problem still appear). TQ
