I know Im lambat cucuk, but the movie is really great.Just watched it.

My conclusion:
The whole movie is about Cobb waking up from his limbo.The so-called real world is also a dream.Every other characters are a projection of his self.
If you dont believe me, just go to

a)min 25, where the piping is in a paradox.
b)min 22, where the frame of the glasses of his father in law is upside down! lol

In the end, he failed to realize he's the one in limbo

forgot to add...also at min 22, parts of Galeries Lafayete is missing...you can compare the real one, just google, with the one in Inception.
