Actually for those who think Saito die in level 3 is mistake. This is because, saito actually die in level 1 cause by gun shot wound. And after that Coob die in level 1 also cause by drowning. About how saito can be older than Coob, that because saito die first and then followed by Coob (drowned). So in limbo state (with sedative) saito will be far more years than Coob is, as he die a second earlier than Coob in level 1.
