yup! the extractor is to help u extract the original files into ur phone and u can view it via USB

currently SE centre list the latest FW version as R1EA033

yes its very hard to find one. i bought mine @ sg. wang @ the sony ericsson kiosk. they are selling it @ 750 with 2gb. try to ask them for best price without the memory card. i got mine for 700 but still find it pricey as i could have got the black unit @ RM 640 only. paid a premium of RM60 just for the colour :S

Ori set is around RM900. not untill more den 1k no worries.

yeah im using pink right now. its actually peach. i chose it becuz IMHO the black and silver isnt as appealing as the peach.

those are just common themes.
for the flash menu's to work, u have to input it yourself into your phone using a2uploader. requires quite some work but once u get the hang of it , its actually pretty easy. good luck.

got peach colour. but look like pink. in my opinion peach is the best colour among all. u can see my thread there i got upload some photos of my C901 last time.

camera really best in class!!

ap/ori set doesnt make a difference. to get rid of the problem do an update via SEUS.

during the time i bought my set, black and silver was retailing @ RM630 compared to the RM700 i paid for my peach unit.

yup boring. if u look closely u can see my screen the clock and stuff layout is different than usual c901. that phone i mod abit nothing else to do already so sell.
mp3 playback basically all SE also same. can hardly hear difference(especially on Mega Bass). this phone is a good all rounder. basically can say what oso good.

good :

1- peach : stylish
2- compact & fit well into palm
3- camera 5mp is best in class(xenon included)
4- use 8gb m2 no lags
5- screen is darker and colours look more vibrant(dont really know how to explain)
6- keypad may look small but after some getting used to, its a gem
7- not many people using.

drawbacks :

1- no 2ndary camera for 3G calls
2- slider for camera opens easily when u slide into pocket
3- package doesnt come with USB cable nor Memory card(not even a 256mb)

that basically sums up my comments IMHO

perfect choice. buy the peach coloured one. im sure ur GF will like it.

battery life is like most other SE Phones. xenon flash usually activates if u snap in low lighting conditions. if u take most of your pics in broad daylight, im sure battery wont be a problem. probably extreme usage will result in 2 days per charge. i usually charge my phone every night before sleeping

c510? dont. camera really nothing to shout about apart from the face and smile detection.
c901 would be the better bet.
also, u better check out the black unit in the flesh as it doesnt look as good as the pictures u see via the net(IMHO la).

yeah better check the real set. they usually display dummy sets @ se centre. maybe u can check it out
yeah better opt for AP. this phone not famous for SW/HW prob.
