I jz got a reply from tis company to work as an data entry clerk.
Any1 noe anythin abt tis company? Tis company looks as thou findin jobs for other company.

Another question... do I hav to work elsewhere if tis company is findin job for other company. Thx for any reply.

Fulltime/Contract position. But i tell them i can work part time for few months oni.

a friend of mine told me that this company had a bad image among candidates. if you manage to go to the interview please check the notice @ the back of the application form that reads

Some recruitment company even ask you for 1 month salary if you leave before 6 month. My friend said "Thatz" is one of the company. Is it normal for a recruitment company to ask something like that?

well tell them to waive the clause or find urself another candidate

thats y u must read the agreement 24x before u sign
if u quit before the training/job done, u must pay compensation

lucky me when i cabut from my other agency they cut 3++
still, it was damn much!

Thats is true for all this small recruitment agencies,never trust them. Only applied through big agencies like jenjobs, kellys, jobstreet, manpower with a good track record, and most of MNC companies is using their service.

Good idea. That way, we can drive them out of the business. But we must be united.

paying rm12.60 if you get the job?
seriously i don't think other agency will charge for such service because they already earn alot from their client company.

It's only 12.60 they're taking from u..that's a very small amount considering that they get u a job..Big recruitment agencies take a huge cut from your pay indirectly..you won't even know..

ie: fresh grads hired directly under IBM gets RM2800, fresh grads recruited by Adecco who works for IBM only receives RM2200

I have been to the interview on a job that they had a client with and I walked out before I filled in the form. They first asked me to sign a declaration form that "In any event, if you ever quit the job that is being offered within 6 months, you're liable for 80% of the salary earned within that 6 months unless negotiated." Then there's this small clause where "I agree to pay RM12.60 to this Agency in event that the client decides to take me in and offer me. This is to be paid upfront before collection of offer letter and offer letter will not be issued if this amount is not paid."

Added on May 3, 2011, 12:24 amI have been to a few agencies and they are the first that actually charge. Other agencies never even asked me for any small charges but kept on looking for suitable clients for me.

sorry 4 the late bump. i like 2 share my experience with RE just last week.

just last week, while i take a day off exploring the KL city, this RE call me suddenly while i was transiting LRT. they invite me 4 the client interview on last friday. i told them i already plan 2 go back 2 hometown n ask them 2 delay the interview within 2 weeks bcuz i need some time 2 rest b4 returning back 2 KL again. they still insist me 2 go there on friday. without hesitation, i straight away told them i m not going over n i dont want the job offer anymore. this is lesson learned 4 me not 2 find 4 the jobs through any unknown scam agency like RE.

I am not sure how you not able to make an interview results in Recruit Express being label as a scam?

i went to an interview to join them as recruitment consultant a few years back.... i met a female middle aged manager in Recruit Express @ Menara SC. i would say she was rather rude, and i think she treated her staffs like machine...

the most remembered phrase from her is:
"make 100 calls, arrange for 20 interviews, shortlist 5 people ALL IN A DAY, and you will able to successfully secure one candidate by the end of the day"

What the heck. I wondered if she herself is able to do that.
