Hi all,

Amcorp Mall's flea market happens every Sat and Sun from 10am - 5pm

I'm renting space at the Amcorp Mall Flea Market either on Feb 21, 22 or 28.
Will be hawking my bags, books, mags, cds', stationary and other knick knacks.

They provide two tables, so wonder if anyone has similar unused/unwanted stuff in the house that they'd like to sell off as well?

Most of my stuff is under RM10, so looking to split cost of table rental. The table costs RM30(Sat) and RM50 (Sun). Still haven't decided which day yet.

Amcorp Mall does not allow: food, clothes and accessories like jewelry to be sold at their flea market.

If you're interested to split the costs, drop me a mail with your preferred date and perhaps, some pics of the items you wanna sell ( Amcorp Mall mgmt requires this for their files)

Email: mint.jelly@gmail.com

If anyone knows of other reasonably priced flea markets, do let me know.

Even if you're not interested, do check out the Amcorp Mall flea market - lots of interesting stuff to look at even if you don't buy.
My fav there is the RM10 magazine store where I pick up foreign titles for 1/3 their original cover price. (they are months old, though)

Cheers! rclxm9.gif

I frequent Amcorp Malls flea market almost every weekend. I see traders selling food (not as in eating on the spot) like cookies, clothes, accessories, electronics (led lights), knives, stamps & currency for collectors, CD's, record albums etc. So what do you mean by --> "Amcorp Mall does not allow: food, clothes and accessories like jewelry to be sold at their flea market." unsure.gif

Today just went there for my outlet Kinky Kingdom at 3rd floor Amcorp mall, even my mom also rent some places for them to keep the "two table" for Saturday nite till Sunday Morning keke. So the next morning sunday, they just take their stuff and open their stall.

As i can see this bazaar really work, really a lot thing to explore and some more rarely antique item where you really can't find in the market for sales. Similar like other bazaar like happen to The Curve, but each stall 2 table square (3feet by 3feet) which is very limited stuff to put on. If you want to go and have a view on Amcorp mall, oh please park outside. Parking fees over there really expensive.

I usually use parking season pass, per month cause i always go there to delivery and collect stock from my outlet. LoL i didn't mention i park on 7rd Floor Amcorp Mall (sigh...) dangerous curve to the top floor T_T

I'm looking for people to sell disposable baby and adult diapers in the flea market. If you have a long standing stall and looking for other products to sell, can contact me.

Can consider sharing the stall rental too.

Kindly PM me if interested.

I've got some random stuff to sell. Anyone wanna rent out a small space for me?

*UPDATE 2012*

The management has revised the registration process as of July 2012.

Registration for new vendors will be on every last Tuesday of the month. Counter at Level 2 (near post office) open between 9am and 12noon. A total rental of RM80 for both Saturday+Sunday is still applicable. However, vendor needs to pay lumpsum rental for all the weeks for the respective month i.e. if there is 4 weeks in that respective month, vendor is to pay RM80x4 upon registration. For new vendor, pls bring along your photocopy of IC and photos of products. Good Luck!!

If you need a space to sell off your preloved items such as clothings, bags, shoes, etc flea market is one of the answer. Call up Amcorp Mall Management Office at 603-7966 2494. *wink*

I would like to share my experience with everyone who are interested in joining the flea market in Amcorp Mall. I had a real bad experience with the Management especially with this guy by the name of Jason Yew. He is one arrogant & cocky person that has no respect for the traders there. He thinks that being the Management of the flea market, he has all the rights to control & find faults with people.

I personally have dealt with him and he is such a disrespectful person! He is a coward too as we tried to discuss the matter with him, he just turned his back and walked away!! Besides, he also enjoys "bullying" all the new traders by finding faults with them. He forgot who is the one that is paying the rent and he has great attitude problem! He do not know how to communicate with people and most importantly he does not respect the traders there.

I'm only there for 3 weeks and he has been trying to find fault with us almost every weekend! Just my 2 cents for all interested parties to think twice before joining in. We are all here just trying to do a small business and not trying to create a havoc. Moreover, respect is earned! He must show his respect before we can respect him!

Oh, let me enlightened you all with some facts too. Jason is the owner's nephew and there's another staff working there who is the owner's sister-in-law which is equally cocky & arrogant. Knowing the background of this so called Management company, you know that it is pointless to file any complaint as it is all within the same family! I know that for a fact, that's why I'm writing here to share with everyone and please think carefully & be prepared to face with these idiots should you decide to join in. I'm pulling out of this flea market already as I personally cannot stand all these idiots as we are here genuinely doing a business, we hope that we get the respect as well & not being treated as a dump! I know he has the power to do anything but relationship with the traders are very important as well.
