Xu Huang obviously based on Serpent, as in the name. Serpent is one of the MS in Gundam Wing

Sun Shang Xiang is based on GP04 Gerbera, which is supposed to be GP03's successor. All four Sun family is based on Gundam : Stardust Memories MS, which is GP01-GP04.
